Staff friendly and helpful. Room had nice decor and even microwave. Nicely surprised.
Nothing.
Excellent value. Great location, close to many things, including the Downtown core. Clean and modern. Had a microwave in the room. Accommodated our needs with a young toddler (i.e. Playpen). Friendly, helpful staff.

The restaurant and pub were nice. The room was very comfortable and the staff were fairly helpful.
Parking is too expensive. Bath water came out brown at first. We had a view of several dumpsters.
It met our purposes well. Fairly centrally located in an ok part of the city. The price was very good. I would have been willing to pay at least another $15.00 to $20.00 a night.

Location near to Kitsalano shopping and ethnic restaurants. Great beds and TV.
No business centre-one computer and not private.

Car park on site.
Bed linens were old; lint's on bedspread were itchy.
I think this hotel was reasonable for the price. The room was small, only one elevator for the 5 storey building, limited undercover parking some outside, we heard yelling through the night. Since it was located inner city, I thought I had to accept them. This hotel is good for business travelers.

The lobby was attractive.
Staff was somewhat unfriendly and not accommodating.
This hotel was adequate. Rooms were fairly small, but tidy. Elevator was unreliable. Staff was unfriendly at times, helpful at other times.
