Smoking floor.
Got there at midnight, night shift guy was very rude to the guest ahead of us. Their heat wasn't working and he didn't do anything at all to help (not even call maintenance). After that the guest stood there waiting for him to do something, but he kept on futzing with the computer and ignoring her. He also put someone on hold to have someone in housekeeping tell the guest how to make coffee. By the time someone got to the phone the guest had hung up. read more

Friendly staff, lots of parking, quiet, and comfy room chair.
Broken elevator, no internet in room, strong cigarette smoke smell, and unlocked back doors.

Public areas were very nice, breakfast buffet was reasonably priced with good hot food.
The non-smoking room reeked of smoke and was not the quality as shown.
Common areas were very nice but room was on a floor that reeked of smoke as soon as you got off the elevator. The room also had a strong smell and did not have as updated a look as the hotel showed their rooms to look. Restaurant was reasonably priced and had a quality breakfast buffet.

Our remote control didn't work with the
TV. We called and someone came up right away and we were told someone will have to come reprogram our TV. We waited for 30 minutes and never heard from anyone again and so we finally gave up.

The parking lot, hallways were very well lit. The rooms were quiet.
We enjoyed this hotel. We had very friendly staff and I would stay here again the next time I'm in town. This hotel was easy to find.

Free high speed internet was a great feature.
The hallway smelled like it was on a smoking floor.
We had asked for a non-smoking room and though we received one, the halls smelled like smoke, which bothered us. There is free high speed internet which is a great feature. Restaurant looked very nice, but we did not eat there for lack of time. Also, no free breakfast. If there was we may have stayed.

Though we ended up in a room with only a king bed and we had two kids, the set up was perfect for sleeping bags and worked great!
There weren't a lot of restaurants near by to go too.
This hotel was nicely located. The rooms were set up perfectly for families and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved how nice and warm the pool was!

Couldn't get two beds - had to pay $10 for rollaway.
The hotel was very nice in appearance. I had read some reviews that commented on the hotel being dirty and run-down, but I totally disagree. Our room was very clean and attractive. Room was with one bed and needed two beds, so had to pay an extra $10 for a rollaway. There was no breakfast or coffee included in the price. The heat was annoying in that a loud fan turned on and off all through the night. Our toilet wasn't working properly when we got there, but it was fixed immediately. Front desk people were nice.
It was missing all the little things that help create comfort.
This hotel gave me the impression that it is barely operational. None of the little touches most other hotels have (skin lotion, do-not-disturb sign, bill under door, newspaper, pen and paper, book with info about pool hours missing, no microwave or refrigerator -- but especially no extra blanket and only a light blanket on the bed.

I liked the location and the price. Did not like the odors room or the stains on the floor.
The hotel had a horrible cigarette smoke on 2nd floor. The room was much worse with a mold odor. Non smoking room.
