Good location, spacious for a London hotel, good amenities, friendly and helpful staff.

We liked everything about this hotel. It must be an American chain. It has large rooms for London standard. It has your regular coffee maker with coffee and tea packs, iron, mini refrigerator, Chino Latino Restaurant on the premise. Concierge desk is well staffed and helpful. The location is good.

very conveniant to Attractions and the staff was absolutely marvelous.
room service menu left a lot to be desired

Park Plaza Riverbank is an excellent choice for the money-4 stars with 5 star staff. Everyone was more than willing to help and did not give you the "bums rush" on anything. It is located just a few blocks from all the major attractions and being on the river Thames also gives it a mystic quality. Pricelinge customers will not be disappointed in Park Plaz.

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and attractions.
Even though we informed through our reservation we had two adults and two older kids, we were charged an additional 45 pound fee for the extra bed.

The hotel was very nice and located exactly where we wanted to be for our sight seeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff. The room was nice, although the trains ran below our window and were a bit distracting. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

Very nice lobby and bathroom in the room.
The view was pretty poor, not a quality sight of London.

Vvery nice lobby and lounge. Room was large and had US outlets to plug in laptop, etc. Bathroom was very nice, separate tub and stand up shower. Comfortable bed. Very dim hallways.

The staff was very friendly and the room fantastic. It was close to the Thames and many London Landmarks. There were also several places to eat within walking distance.
