It is within walking distance all of the museums and the staff was very informed.

The hotel is very clean and rooms are large. If you are American be sure to pack a wash cloth (they do not use them). There is so much to do and see and the hotel is within walking distance to it all. All of the staff is helpful. There is free internet in the lobby. It is a little slow but helps you keep in touch. You can not help but like this hotel.

The staff is amazing and they helped with directions, transportation and excursions.

This is a great place to stay if you are willing and wanting to use city transportation. The tram stops one block from the hotel and there are wonderful shops only two blocks away. The rooms are small but sparkling clean with good beds and great air conditioning.

Close to the tram stop and center of town, clean and friendly.
Asked 4 times for a power adapter and they never had one.

Everything was good. Clean and accommodating.
