No enough towel. Smelly room. Staff not helpful.

I'm very disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would never go back.1.NO maid service for we stayed there for two nights.2.No enough towels. Had to go to the front desk to ask for it.3.Smelly room.4.We had requsted to change room because of the noise. The lady said there was no room available, but she would be able to change it for us next night. but next day the guy in the front desk refused our request and he stated he would only do it if we pay an extra fee. read more

Not enough towels and the bathmat was a piece of paper.

When I checked in at the hotel they said the reservation said only 2 and that I had to pay $10 extra per person per night. With the increase of $20 per night I probably would have chosen a nicer place.

Charged an extra $6 for "internet booking" after running credit card

No towels were in the room, but were delivered after calling. Room was not cleaned or bed made on the second day and had to call again for towels. Bath mat was a piece of paper. All in all it could have been a lot worse for the price.

It had a jaccuzi in the room.

The hotel was in a great location about 7 minutes away from Atlantic city the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable.
The $3 check-in charge.

The hotel is more than 15 minutes from casinos. They charge a $3 fee when you check-in. The only good things were the bed and the air conditioner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would normally never stay at a hotel like this. I felt this was overpriced. Then everything in this area is overpriced so who am I to say.

The water in the shower and jacuzzi got extremely hot. It was a clean room as well.
No cleaning service. The older man that worked the desk didn't understand English and was rather rude.

We, my fiancé and our 4 month old daughter stayed on a Monday and Tuesday. They did not have cleaning services like most hotels. But that didn't bother us much we like our privacy. The trash was picked up from their dumpster which blocked 2 of the parking places small hassle. The older guy that worked the front desk didn't understand English. For God's sake you live in America speak the language. And he was rather rude when asked questions. The young man however was very friendly, got us extra pillows, towels, and even made suggestions for local attractions. overall the stay was nice, I would recommend this hotel for the price and location, but if your looking to be pampered not your hotel. read more
