Great price, great location, great staff!
there is nothing that I did not like about this hotel.
The hotel was clean, the room was clean, comfortable. They had comforts such as coffee, tea, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Clean.
Only one queen bed in the room.
Since we are tall people, we like to have a king or two queen beds. Desk clerk said that there was an extra $15 charge for a room with two full size beds.

Nice sized fridge, plenty of seating/tables in room.
Didn't love the extra price of the 2Q room we had to pay.
It's an okay hotel, fairly basic. Clean enough. AC worked pretty well. Decent breakfast provided. Disappointed that we couldn't request 2 Queen beds and had to pay extra to get them. We had 6 adults (4 adult children with us)-- 4 in one room, 2 in another. I didn't know that very many 1 Q bed rooms even existed any more, so we didn't plan on that being a problem.

Staff was friendly; check-in was quick.
Could hear conversations in adjoining rooms; room was cramped.
Hotel is located on the edge of city center and a ways from the interstate. My room was on the back side, so there was no street noise. However, the walls are not well insulated and I could hear conversations in the adjoining rooms.

I didnt like anything about it
the staff was completely unfriendly
They don't take care of their customers. I asked for a smoking room and didn't get one and then the front desk told me if my room smelled like smoke since we were smoking outside we would get charged 100 dollars.

The price and the continental breakfast.
Nothing in particular.

It had a shower.
Bed was uncomfortable, could here the people in next room and was awaken by the other travelers around 6:30 AM.
I would not stay again.

Very clean.
Older.
Although the hotel was older, it was in good repair and very clean. The ice machine was broken, however, before we left the next morning, I saw the repairman there working on it. The continental breakfast was simple, but good. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.
