The resort fee was disclosed upon checkin not before.

This hotel was friendly on service. It did surprise me when the resort fee wan not on the description of the hotel under fees. Other casino's in the area don't charge that. I don't like being blind sided like that.

Elevator did not work, had to drag bags up 3 flights of stairs.

This is a casino hotel. Staff have little interest in whether you are happy.

The staff was so helpful, really took great care of us.
The housekeeping.

I would stay there again if I knew for sure that they were paying more attention to housekeeping.

Placed us in a detached building that had a poorly marked and poorly located elevator. Room was well kept and clean. All staff were rude, impatient and not helpful in the least (except those that were in a tipping position valet, bellhops). Especially bad were the reception people who were shockingly rude.

Convenient location.
Slow elevators, took 20 minutes in the eve to get to room on the 6 th floor.

All in all it is a good place to stay in Reno, the room was very nice and we played in the pools, the hotel had a fitness center as nice as the one I use at home.

Casino ventelation could have been better. Smoke was heavier in casino than other top resorts I have visited.
