We had to wait quite a while before our room was ready.

Beautiful hotel. The latest everything. Pleasant and capable employees on the casino floor, in the restaurats and at the front desk.

The room was showing its age and was in a location that the pool noise at night was noticeable.

Convenient.
The construction project made parking difficult.

The bathroom wasn't set up very well. The robe hook wouldn't actually hold a robe and there was no place to hang a towel. Everything worked well.

Well priced for accommodation.
Difficult to find room - need better markings/directions.

Nice place to stay. Room had just been remodeled and was very comfortable. Construction was going on but workers were leaving for the day as we arrived and we had no problem. Food at cafe was reasonably priced. We were just passing through Reno so our stay was overnight only.

I enjoyed the convenience of nearby eating establishments and some shopping.
There was almost nowhere except the rooms to escape smoke when using the machines.

I will be anxious to see the hotel after the current construction is completed, as I believe the new areas may provide more adult swimming areas and other amenities in the spa area. I would like to see some less expensive shops for more mundane purchases. Overall my 3 day stay was enjoyable.
