Nothing in particular.
Low ceilings. Room smelled of cigarettes. Staff was perfunctory. Fridge made an awful sound.

My room reeked of smoke. The staff was not really friendly. The refrigerator made an awful sound and I had to unplug it. The breakfast was adequate.

We loved everything.

Very luxurious hotel with great accommodations. Excellent location. Every staff member we came across was out of their way friendly. I will always stay at this hotel if possible.

I was a reasonable distance from universities.
Rom smelled of cigarette smoke, continental breakfast was poor, vercrowded dining area.

The hotel looked nice on the outside and in the lobby. Our room was on the basement level and smelled of cigarette smoke. Amenities were adequate. Certainly not what was expected for a 3-star rating. The breakfast area had approximately eight tables so, guests had to stand and eat. Toasters did not work and there was no obvious starting point for the food bar so, people were going in all different directions. read more

Location was so easy to find, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was a surprise!

Convenient location, clean, nicely kept updated, great pool and jacuzzi. I don't remember seeing free breakfast in the description and we were pleasantly surprised.
