Nothing.
The manager never tried to accommodate my wishes.
I checked into the room and it smelled it was dirty I asked the manager to please switch my room he said
there was no rooms was available. I had my wife call and she asked him did they have any rooms available the manager told her that they had three rooms available I went back to the manager he said the best he could do was give me an air freshener. The room was so bad I slept in my clothes. read more

Staff was friendly, plenty of parking.
AC/heating unit was messed up.
Overall, the hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly and room seemed pretty clean. Maybe updates for the rooms would be nice, maybe a new interior design for the times.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located.
Hotel needed some updating.
Hotel was in a convenient location for my travel plans. Although the room and public areas could have used some updating, it was clean and comfortable.

Nothing.
Smell, cleanliness, area, safety, other guests.
This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. My daughter almost left because the hotel and other guests, who knocked on our door asking us to come out and party with them, frightened us.

Free internet access.
Smell, dirty bathroom, no ventilation, musty and freaky.
I have stayed in motels and hotel 6 to 10 times a year for 20 years and I would have to say that this was the worst I have ever seen or stayed in.

Bullet proof glass in lobby, unsafe area.
This is hotel is in an undesirable part of the city. You are greeted by the front desk person who is behind bullet proof glass. The hotel reminds you of a place that seedy people would go to transact business, hookers would take johns or crimes occur on a regular basis.
