Staff was amazing. Immediately noticed if waiting and reassured that someone would be able to help soon.
Nothing to say here.

All staff was beautifully friendly, everything was handled in a completely professional and courteous way. I checked out late, left bags to be watched and nothing was a problem. Pillow was the best I have ever encountered in a hotel. Slept like a baby. Not the place to stay if you wanted to sneak in and out unnoticed, could not walk through the lobby without being greeted by at least 3 people! read more
