That they share the lot with the mall.

I have an incident when mall parking securities stop us because of a validation issue and the hotel management couldn't do anything for us because they said it was under the mall's management. Such a huge inconvenience we missed a flight because of this and all the manager could say is that they'd follow up on it and give us a written report regarding the incident.

Street/taxi access difficult. Beauty salon staff not punctual.

15th floor Executive Club level room was well-appointed and very comfortable. Exec Club staff were very helpful and attentive; food in the club was excellent in terms of quality and selection. Adjacent Galleria shopping center very convenient.

The perfect location,the clean rooms,the warm and friendly staff.
The extra charges that I had to pay for the free buffet breakfast each day.

This hotel for me was near perfect. I was very happy with the overall quality of the room, the helpful, courteous staff and the fact that its location made it easily accessible to where I wanted and needed to go. I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean, spacious, and well appointed rooms.

Overall an excellent stay. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Conveniently attached to a mall. This should be a definite option if staying in the Quezon City area of Manila.

I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza three times now. I highly recommend it. The staff is very courteous and professional and the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great and the 19th floor lounge is a wonderful place to spend with friends or just relax and kill some time. It is a bit of a walk to get to the gym, and that gym is shared by others, but I found that to be a minor inconvenience. They have a full-size locker room/changing room with sauna. read more

Hospitality was excellent.
Some mis information about billing of breakfast.

Excellent hotel, far better than I expected since it had a 3 star rating. Is much better than 3 star. Very clean and since it is attached to a mall you could eat very well and very inexpensive. I loved the hotel. I did have an executive suite which may be better than other rooms but it was well worth the price.
