Located in Fairbanks on the Chena River and just minutes from the airport Pikes Waterfront Lodge features baclonies -beautiful meeting spaces -Aveda aromatherapy bath products and a comfortable lobby with fireplace. Open year round the 208-room lodge offers delicious dining at its own restaurant and at the famous Pikes Landing Restaurant. Pikes is very proud of its continually evolving Green Program including solar energy production. Our cabins are made of real Alaska logs from Nenana Alaska and have refridgerators and microwaves. Enjoy our new walkway between Pikes Landing and the hotel. We have the beast and most extensive private art collection in Alaska that is in public view. read more

We enjoyed the privacy of the cabin by the river.
There were many people outside near the doorways and smoking cigarettes.

The place was clean and neat. The breakfast bar was tasty.

Setting is great. Decor is nice. Location is good.
The bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work well, even on high.

We had a confirmation for 2 queen beds and rec'd a king bed with a roll away brought in for our 11.5 year old grandson. WE weren't happy about that and no price reduction was granted. we ate at the breakfast buffet and were ill immediately afterwards. There was (opera) music playing in the restaurant that was annoying and loud. The wait staff said the manager wouldn't allow them to touch the volume. The price was right. It met our expectations. The location was very convenient for us. Beds very comfortable.

Nothing.

Very nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds. Beautiful lobby with a nice gift shop. The shuttle service was great! The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Provided an Alaskan atmosphere.
I had to return to the lobby from my room in a separate building because my key card would not allow room entry.

Pikes is a fine Alaskan Hotel.

The makeup was of old school.
It was between the airport and down town. if you didn't come from airport it was a long travel.
