Price.
Cleanliness, workout center needed attention, and staff not happy.

Fairly clean rooms, however more attention to the bathrooms. The bed was great to sleep in and the room was clean. However, the bed was up on a nicely carpeted stand, but the planks of wood stuck out 3-4 inches. It just seemed a little unprofessional. I know this is only a one star hotel, but this was a little strange.

Quiet and clean.
Bed too soft for my taste.

This evidently was once a "classy" place, adjacent to a golf course. It is still kept clean, but is otherwise declining to decrepitude.

Shabby in appearance on outside; had to have smoker room to accommodate pet.

Walls were thin, you can hear other people.
