We can't think of anything!
Dirty, needs updating, unfriendly.

At first glance, this hotel looks like a skid row dump. The front desk person did not greet us and was unfriendly. We did not had the king bed room. When we checked out, however, the day clerk was apologetic.

Easy access to room.
Hall had not been cleaned, food on floor.

Hotel basically OK. Liked the courtyard.

The room itself seemed clean.
Lobby smelled, hallway carpet disgustingly dirty.

Cleanliness is so important to most travelers and Pinecrest was not in the least clean.
