It was clean, very good location, the staff was very freindly.
The traffic really got on my nerves which made getting around impossible.

I just love it would recommend it to family and friends, and business people.

Friendly staff.
A/C did not work, room was too hot, couldn't get it cooled down.

The rooms were clean, the pool and Jacuzzi were great, but the tub drain was very slow and it was unreasonably warm in the room even with the thermostat set at the lowest.

This hotel provided the best customer service. We were in town due to a wedding on New Years Eve and the staff provided us the best customer service a customer can ask for on our overall stay. Thank you!

Spacious and clean. Great breakfast!
It was very close to a highway - no views.

I only had to stay in this hotel one night on my way out but it was very lovely. It is very close to the airport and breakfast was great. I wouldn't stay there if I was looking for a romantic get away - not because it wasn't nice but because it clearly isn't in a romantic area of Pittsburgh.

Compared to the same star hotel you stayed at before this one was sub par.
Very Small Rooms for a family traveling.

Good for business travelers, but not for a family travelers, we all had to cram into the room, very small. And no continental breakfast, that was also disappointing.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean.
There is no complimentary wireless internet.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well, even in the middle of the night. This hotel had met my expectations. The only downside would be that you have to pay to use the internet.

Beautiful. Comfy beds.
Bathrooms were great except the showers. Grout was a little dingy and water pressure low.

Great stay at a great hotel. Very nice.
