The rooms with two beds had queens instead of doubles.
This hotel is shabby. It has nicked up paint, outdated decor in the rooms and the hallway carpet looks water damaged. The rooms don't have clocks.
The hotel is in need of updating. It felt outdated and shabby due to things like nicked paint and a chipped bath tub. The carpeting in the hallway looked like it had had water damage. The room I stayed in was inconveniently arranged and it was the first room I can remember staying in that did not have a clock. The hotel is in quiet residential neighborhood that is not convenient to downtown attractions but offers nice options for taking a safe walk. read more

Convenient location coming from a wedding at the brick house, and lobby looks new.
Just a typical hotel, nothing special about it. Rooms need updating.
Fine for un picky business travelers perhaps. Not for a romantic getaway. Just an average central location in Vancouver.

Location.
It's disgusting that you have to pay for parking above your hotel room.
Needs upgrade - especially bathrooms and sink area. Pub not open long enough - closed early on a weekend

Nice view.
Second rate room decor.
This hotel is nowhere close to downtown. Which was fine for me on this trip. It is close to the skytrain, so thats pretty cool.
Third rate decor. An old hotel that they have put a little (not enough) month into renovating.

Nice lobby and easy parking.
Stains everywhere, dark rooms and really dirty hallways.

Lobby was nice.
No pool!
Lobby is very nice, rooms are average. Exterior is unattractive, hallways are downright ugly. Looks like a converted apartment building. Our air conditioner leaked all over the carpet. You have to call down to the front desk for ice and wait for someone to bring it up to you.

Lobby looks nice.
Hallways , rooms very shabby new remodel- very hot!
This hotel lobby looks great but once you get to the floors the rooms are on its a whole different store- very hot- walls cracked dingy, carpet needs replacing in hallways and rooms. The room itself- well the bed was good and the rest pretty dingy.
