Great water park.
Parking spaces too close together.

The room my daughter and
I got was a smokers' room - we wanted non-smoking room. when informed that this would not be available till later in the day,
I readily agreed to taking the room. Sometime during our outing, hotel staff placed an effective air purifying machine in our room. All traces of smoke was removed.

I have had in 25 years of business travel..

Given the way this Hilton is marketed and priced, one would assume that the business traveler could expect a decent room. The room I was assigned ( King Studio in the Casitas section ) was barely large enough to hold the king bed ...in 25 years of business and personal travel I have never seen nor stayed in a hotel with such small rooms.

Kind of run down.

We were unhappy with our original room and at our request we were reassigned to a more updated room without any problem at all. The facility must have been luxurious in its day and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms and some of the public areas are in need of updating. We only had lunch at the grill and it wasn't very good.

We loved all of the fountains and courtyards, plus the lazy river.
We wish there were more restaurants.

We highly recommend the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak resort. The courtyard and fountain ambiance, the numerous pools and recreational activities, the friendly staff, and the spacious and handsome rooms all make for a relaxing and delightful stay.

Resort style setting, but also fun and without snootiness factor.
$11.95 per day Internet charge.

Upscale and fun, with very good staff. Having the attached water park included in the room rate is a great bonus.

Room was really small, there were bugs, hair all over the bed, noise.

Room was extremly small there wasn't even room to walk aroud. There were at least 10 bugs that we killed. There was hair on the pillows. The pool close to the motel was sopose to close at 11pm and there were people out there until 1am in the morning. it was really hard to sleep. we bought two nights and only stayed one becuase it was so bad. I wouldn't recomened staying in the king studio bedroom because of its size. read more
