I liked the pools.
Breezeway railings were unsafe, elevators did not work, room bar was too expensive, and parking lot was awful.

I expected a lot better facilities for being a Hilton Resort. I was very disappointed and will never stay there again. The elevators never worked and it was very confusing to get from one point to another. My kids loved the slide but they closed it too early and opened to late.

I felt comfortable enough with the resort to allow my 13 yr old daughter to have more freedom than I usually do.
I asked at check in for a ground floor and was told yes, when we got to the room it was 2nd floor.

Everything was fine and comfortable. Kids had a great time and so did I. We played water volleyball, met alot of great people at the waterpark.

The pool, room, and views were nice.
Not many activities other than pool. Not so romantic, only kid things.

It was a fun stay for a short vacation. But not very romantic setting. Mostly suitable for families with kids. Adult pool was very small and nothing interesting about it, no music. Food was good at the Pointe in Tyme. The room was pretty decent. We had the premium king suite, so the view was good. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful as well. Overall good stay for the price. read more
