When we were checking in, the hotel staff asked for a credit card to pay for our stay. When I informed them that I had booked through Priceline.com and that the room was already prepaid, they disagreed and insisted that we hadn't and that the credit card was for guaranteeing the room only. Several staff members tried to assist, but their answer was the same: we had to pay for the room. At the end, we waited while they call reservation, and only then were they able to confirm that the room had in fact been prepaid. Their lack of knowledge of Priceline did not bother us. It was their attitude - it was downright condescending. We felt as though they were silently accusing us of trying to get the room stay for free. It was definitely not five-star service, and a disappointment as no matter how nice the room, it didn't make up for our initial impression of the hotel staff. read more

Great location, very nice lobby and guest bathrooms.
Cleanliness of some of the gym facilities and had to wait long for amenities brought to the room.
Great location and room was very comfortable.

Buffet breakfasts, location.
High cost of massage, internet and other services.
Good location, safe clean. On the downside the cost of internet, massage and other services is absurdly high. No reason these services can not be provided at a reasonable cost to the business traveler.

Cool rooms. Nice linens, beds, and bathroom.
$35 a day for internet access? Got to be kidding.
Very nice hotel. Solid 4-stars, nothing to deserve 5 stars. Crummy old TV with only a couple English channels. Hotel bar was in dungeon-like room on the first floor with no view. No free airport shuttle.
