The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean.
Was difficult to find the first time, but once I knew where it was easy to find.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a great value for the price and I will stay there again.

Needs updating; paint, fixtures.

Hotel location for Canada travel was excellent. Safety was a concern because there was
no admittance to the lobby after 9 pm. Check-in was
through a 2 thick piece of plexiglass window! Outside areas were
very dirty, the rooms need updating, but it was comfortable.

Front desk staff was friendly.
Ugly, dirty, guests yelling threats and obscenities, assigned previously occupied room.

My stay started by being assigned to a room that was already occupied. Was assigned to another room- it was dirty (hairs everywhere, fingerprints) small, and bed and pillows were very soft and lumpy. Sheets were very worn and stained, and pillows smelled funky. Other guests came and went all night and yelled obscenities and threats to one another. Television had weird orange and purple streaks and could not be heard above the roar of the heater in the room. I didn't sleep well and as I was traveling on business, I was not at my best the next day as a result. read more

This hotel was dirty and had bed bugs in it. I informed the management there and they seemed lik ethey could care less.

Right off of exit ramp - easy to spot sign.
No hot water in the shower, heat/AC didn't work.

The hot water didn’t work in the shower, the staff was informed the after the first night and it still didn’t work during the rest of our stay, cold showers aren’t any fun in October especially when the heat doesn’t work either and you can see daylight where the heater is hung on the wall.
