Great location and clean accommodations.
Too expensive for parking, did not accommodate prearranged room request, no fridge in room, pushy doormen.

The hotel is nice, clean, very comfortable and very conveniently located in downtown Portland. $30.00 valet parking is outrageous, when you can park right around the corner for 1/2 the price. Called 1 week in advance to request a double double room and was told no problem, done deal. Upon arrival we were booked into a King room with no option for change, they told me that it was just a request. But they provided a roll away bed which took up a lot of space but worked fine. All in all a good stay, nothing terrible, I would go back again. read more

The lobby was small.

The employees were very friendly.

Was very happy with the rooms and the employees were excellent, some one who was visiting the pool area took my eye glasses and they did all they could to help me get them back, unfortunately the person who took them did not return them.

The location within the city was the best feature of this hotel.
Unfriendly staff, few amenities and expensive parking.

Overall, it was an ok stay, but I can't say I would recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, very clean and updated rooms. With in walking distance to many shops and places to eat. I was lucky to find street parking.
I wish the hotel rooms had a small fridge to put our left overs in from meals.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were a little late checking out due to day light savings time and they didn't even mention it to us. There was a hair dryer and iron with a board in the rooms, which was very helpful. The only thing that the hotel could improve on is to have a radio/CD alarm clock. I like to listen to CD's in my room when I travel. And I wish it would have had a small fridge like so many places have. It is so nice to put your left over meals in it for later and to have cold drinks in your room. read more

The valet was very efficient and done very well.
The pool was quite small.

The hotel was extremely nice. The rooms were very big and had great views of the city. The beds were very comfortable and huge as well. When I first walked in my first impression of the hotel was astonishment for sure.
