Near the Bardavon Theartre.
Had to park in stinky parking garage. Poughkeepsie is terrible.
Its alright. Clean and fairly cheap. Its located in downtown but there is nothing else in downtown. I stayed there because it was right next to the Bardavon Theatre.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
We were very pleased with our stay at the Grand Hotel. Everything is very clean and the staff is excellent. We have stayed there before and will stay again.

The room was decorated very upscale, king size bed was comfortable.
The room was supposed to be full service. There was no iron. The maid did not replace the box of tissues in the bathroom.
I was very disappointed with the service of the Manager in the dinning room area where I went for the complementary breakfast on Mother's Day morning. The Manager was argumentative and accused me of something I did not do. I'm a senior and came to visit my a parents for their 68th Anniversary. I was appalled by her behavior. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. read more

Cleanliness.
Other guest too rowdy.
It was very clean and comfortable, but the other guest were very loud and rowdy, first night we were woken up by drunken guest outside our room and the second night someone fell against our door I probably wont stay again because of that reason for I paid and expected more than just a comfortable bed I expected peace and quiet in the evening

Nothing-it was a bad stay.
.
We forgot our toothbrush and had to pay $2.95 each to the hotel to replace them-they did not have any complimentary toothbrushes. Also, had to wait forever for the elevators to come which almost made us miss breakfast.
