To a 5* hotel it needs a bit more service (the small things make the difference);e.g. a bathrobe, shoe cleaning utilities.

typical marriott. Super nice!!!!
Breakfast not included and internet was $32 pre day and this is not a misprint!!

Great location in the older part of town. Area around the hotel--not hotel property --was dirty but this can happen anywhere in a big city.

Service was typical Czech ie not good.

Convenient location and very comfortable rooms. Only caution is food and beverage costs are more than double what you can get outside the hotel.

Location. Size of room. Size of beds.
Exorbitant prices for all services. Paid $215 for a call to USA.

The Hotel is extremely comfortable, specially if compared with European standards. Like most chain hotels, without personality but very nice. It could have been a Marriott in Indiana or anywhere else. Staff very friendly. All areas of the hotel were sparkling clean, including the room. Would definitely my first choice for a second visit to Prague.

Lovely all around...great bed, beautiful room, good location, helpful staff

Very closee to Old Town, very helpful staff, rooms lovely decor, very comfortable bed and lobby area inviting and beautifully decorated. Excellent value.
