Location, convenience, price, and
security.
Hotel president was changing us some extra fees, we have to fight to avoid them.
Great hotel and location.

Nothing much.
Uncomfortable bed: hard pillows. Hotel taxis.
Not happy with this hotel. Too pricey, extra taxes (?) added to bill.

Location.
They wanted to charge $20 a day more.
Look out! They agree to one charge and then add a
mandatory hotel fee once you're there.

Good location.
The hotel charged a 20 dollar per night internet fee.
Good hotel in Mexico City, great location. The only bad thing is that at check out time they charged me a 20 dollars per night internet fee. This fee was not for using the internet at the hotel.

Clean, beautiful rooms and very attentive staff.
A little hard to tell where it is coming at night from the metro line.
Very nice, comfortable hotel in the beautiful Polanco neighborhood in Mexico City. Perfect for the weary business traveler.

This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location with modern interior and great views.
The beds are hard and pillows are uncomfortable but the linens are great.
The rooms are modern and comfortable, except the beds were too hard for our taste but we prefer soft beds. Ask for a room overlooking Campo Marti- that's the side with the best view. What we did not appreciate was that the hotel tried to charge an $18 per room per night resort fee for Internet usage, 3pm checkout and something else that we did not use. We complained about it because we had specifically asked if there were any extra charges at check-in and they told us that there weren't. The hotel waved the charges. read more

It had excellent restaurants and a beautiful view and a pleasant staff.
It had an atmosphere of rich and snobby, for the people you have to do business with at the front desk and the security is excellent but over bearing.

Great location, great views, rooms almost as nice as Holiday Inn.
Great location with breathtaking views of city and park. The rooms are clean with flat screen TVs. The bedding was upscale, but the bed was hard.
Hotel tries to rip you off at every turn. $18/night hotel fee for use of internet, local calls, things that should be free. There is a seating fee at the restaurants. Fine hotel, but horrible customer experience.
