Beautiful, spacious room & bathroom.
Incredibly expensive extras: internet, room service, minibar, restaurant.

The Prince de Galles Hotel is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are lovely, and the bathrooms are huge and luxurious. The staff is very polite, and the hotel accommodated our request for an early check-in with a noon check-in. (They do not accommodate earlier check-ins.) The only bad thing about the hotel is that it tries to "nickel and dime" you into paying a higher price. Everything extra has an outrageous price. The restaurant is fine but not great for Paris but the prices are higher than in most of France's (Michelin) 3-star restaurants! The staff is also hungry for tips. If you can avoid using any of the extras, stay at the Prince de Galles! read more

Location was within territory.

Room is long overdue for remodeling. Queen size bed had 2 twin mattresses positioned side by side. Room temperature was very warm despite 50 degree outdoor temperature and difficult to control. Hotel lobby is elegant and impressive. Location is convenient.

Great staff - nice location.
$40/day for Wi-Fi??? Insane.

For Paris, this is a good 4-star hotel. Location is great, if you like the 8th/Champs-Elysees area. The staff is very friendly. My room as good size, the air conditioning worked, and the water pressure was adequate. However, as can be expected of a 4-star hotel in Paris, all amenities were way overpriced. In-room bottled water costs $9, breakfast is $35, and outrageously, wifi connectivity costs $18 for 2 hours, and $40/day. read more

Best location in town.
Room was not as big as I would like.

The hotel had the best location I could hope for within walking distance from Eiffel Tower and Champs El Eysses. Surprisingly it is located just next to Four Seasons hotel. Very close to metro and countless restaurants in the vicinity. Many famous Paris fashion shops nearby. Close to theather.

Beautiful room and furnishings.
Reception and concierge staff not particularly friendly.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I love the decor and the location. I would most definitely go back.

Great housekeeping service and concierge.
Elevators too small, food too expensive.

Hotel is clean and quaint. The reception area could be a little more warm and inviting, although it is still nice. The outside of the hotel could use some brightening up.

Excellent location.

Great. We had absolutely no knowledge of this before we arrived at the hotel. Plus the so called premium rooms appeared to be the same size as the regular room. The only difference was that the premium rooms had two beds.

Wonderful service from the moment we arrived and a beautiful facility from top to bottom.
Not much to say here, except the bed was a bit too soft for our comfort level.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff never stopped serving us. I was not feeling well upon arrival and the reception attendant brought me water while another staff member asked if I would like some food. The lobby, elevator, hallways, and of course the actual guest room are just lovely just like a five star hotel should be. We were very comfortable and happy with our choice. read more

The location was great!
Room was small and needed refurbishing. Not a five star, more of a 4 star hotel.

Great location with helpful, friendly staff. Big bathtub was nice. Rooms are smallish in size. Room needed a new, updated look, it was tired.
