Close to location of event
I was attending.
Having to park across the street.
Hotel was a nice as any, knew that it was an old hotel but curtains in room were not very nice on the back side and the wallpaper border was coming down and in the hallway there appeared to be mildew on the ceiling tiles, but overall it was fairly nice and I would stay there again. Pillows on the bed were great and the continental breakfast was good. I could not get the vending machine in the lobby or on my floor and one other floor to work. read more

The staff was outstandingly nice and polite and extremely helpful!
The elevator doors closed too quickly, making it possible for your party to be left behind.
The Quality Inn Hotel was very close to our destinations and could easily walk and feel safe and comfortable. The view from our window was awesome. You could take in some of Atlanta's cool looking building and lights.

The location was great for the convention center and just very convenient overall.
The rooms were dirty, cleaning service did a very shoddy job, staff was reluctant to do anything out of their way.

Nothing.
Everything.
It was terrible. The hotel was nasty, the bathroom ceiling had a leak and there was 2 inches of water on the bathroom floor. The management and maintenance was awful and very rude.
Actually very uneducated! We did not stay there, we had to go somewhere safe and clean.

Excellent location, within walking distance to downtown attractions.
There was not a separate service elevator, guests and housekeeping used the same, made it slow moving.
Friendly staff, great locations, nice breakfast, economical parking for downtown Atlanta.

Continental breakfast.
Room was so small you could hardly turn around the view was about 5 feet from the next building.
Location is good if you have business in the Georgia congress center or CNN. The accommodations are not very good at all. The lights didn't work. They flickered. The commode seat came completely off. Maintenance was up two out of three days! Not a good experience. I have stayed in so many hotels in this same price range that were 100 times better. They need improvement. The staff was helpful and friendly. read more

Nothing.
Worn, staff non responsive to issues, bad location.
I quests in a few words I got what I paid for although for 9 a night in most other cities you're getting at least 3 star this place was not even close to 1 star. Room was not dirty it was just worn, my TV remote was broken I went down to the desk to get it replaced and 3 hours later I had to go back down again to ask to have it replaced. Saturday morning around 3am Iżm pretty sure I was awoken to gun shots just outside of the hotel. The continental breakfast was meager. The elevator had the same crumbled up chips on the floor all three days I was there. When I went to check out I was not able to get a receipt because the mgr or desk mgr had stepped away and the person in charge did not know when they'd be back. Overall Iżve had much better rooms for a lot less. read more

Exceptional location.
Rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave oven.
The hotel staff was excellent, maintenance took care of problems with bathroom very quickly. Just enjoyed the trip, very well pleased.
