Location.
Dirty.
Waited 15 minutes to get someone to come to the desk to check in, sign saying attendant would be right back. Room smelled horribly smokey and found cup with water and cigarette butts in room sitting on heater. Opened window to try to air out room and no screen or safety measure even though we were on 4th floor of hotel. Tried to call desk to change rooms but no one at desk to answer phone. No one at desk when we checked out to tell about problems with room. read more

Wireless didn't work.
Poorly maintained, the attached restaurant was out of business, the breakfast was at best a joke and poorly cleaned.

The lobby area is very spacious.
Our 1st floor window was actually a door to the parking lot.
The Quality Inn at Norwood was really nice for an one-night stay, and the price was right for three college students.

I asked for king,
I got a double room. The remote was broken & they asked
me to come down to get another - they should have brought one to me. A sign in the bathroom said "keep the door closed while showering or the steam will set off the alarm and the fire dept will respond." Are you kidding me? Additionally, no continental breakfast, coffee, etc. in lobby. read more

Very close to where I needed to be but outside of downtown area for safety.
Room had no mini-fridge to keep food and beverages outside cooler, always needed ice.
Other than the fact, it had no mini fridge and the pool was out already drained for winter even though the high was in the mid 80's, it was comfortable with good location and friendly staff. The continental breakfast could have had more variety.
