relaxed atmosphere. Nobody was too bothered to trouble us with unwanted attention.
the room was very smoky. I didnt realise the need to specify a non-smoker room.

it was fine. not pleasant but totally ok for one night. I'd probably look for another hotel if I was in Shreveport again.

It was convenient to the place we were in town to visit. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
The parking lot was pretty full so we had to park in the back.

We came in late so we did not get to enjoy the cocktail hour in the lounge, but what I read about it seemed like it would be very nice and appealing to visitors. My husband and sisters did enjoy the breakfast which offered many appetizing selections. The bedrooms were small, but sufficient for our needs. Our room did not come with a refrigerator or microwave, which I would have wanted if I were staying longer than one night. read more
