Convenient location to Metro Station.
Malfunctioning (very loud clunking noise) heater.
It was very economical. It was clean. It was quiet at night. Good security. The doors to each hotel facility needed a card swiped to enter. The continental breakfast had something for everyone. The eating area in the lobby was clean and the wait staff kept all food areas cleaned and well stocked. They were very accommodating and friendly.

Location-a few blocks from metro.
Four story Tower building was described as non-smoking, but hallway smelled of past cigarette smoke, room was slightly better, but not totally fresh.
Bathroom door was about 1/16" too wide for frame. Hard to open after it was jammed shut. But staff was carefully nothing the condition when I told them about it. It seemed that they would try to fix it.

Great location with parking close to public transportation.
It was kind of dark and there was a slight weird smell.
I was looking for an inexpensive, but clean hotel that would allow me to park my car and commute into Washington DC via public transportation. This hotel allowed me to do just that.

The location.
Terrible room, very small room, booked queen and got double bed, unknowledgeable/unfriendly staff, very bad experience.
The Hotel was very dingy and musty. It was not clean and it smelled very much. The TV did not work well and the air conditioner was very loud. The lobby smelled, the staff was not knowledgeable or all that friendly. The rooms were very small and we booked a queen and got a double bed. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wireless network in room & motel.
The bathroom was not cleaned; linens replaced, sink & tub dirty.
This was a great location; walking distance to the U.MD. Campus. The motel was wireless and there was a free shuttle as well. There is an outdoor pool. The room was adequate but nothing special. Best price for a moderate motel in the area.

Near the metro stop.
Room unclean, roaches, broken equipment & expensive.
Rack rates at this hotel are not justified by the mess. I found there. A roach greeted me when I walked in, there were several pieces of trash on the floor, the remote control was broken, the bed was uncomfortable, and the thin carpet barely cushioned the poured concrete floor. Only stay here if you cant afford better and need to be near the University...

Convenient location.
Aging facility.
The Quality Inn at College Park, MD, is a decent value for the price. You may find inconveniences like no iron with the ironing board or an adjustable shower head that will no longer adjust, but overall it is a good property for the price.

The staff was very accommodating.
My first room smelled and the air/heat did not work.
It was acceptable as I was only there to sleep and only for one night. I would not want to stay there for a longer visit.
