the front desk staff
I thought we were traveling to a hotel not a motel....the room looked nothing like it did in the pictures...the room smelled we had to go to walmart and buy an air freshner...the porcelin in the sink was chipping away..also when we checked out I specifically asked the girl at the front desk ( whom was wearing pajama pants ) if she was running my card again after i had already paid for it on priceline and she said no however when i got on the highway and checked my online banking there was a pending charge for $101.22 when I called back she was extremley rude and said that the manager would fix it when she came back in at 1030 I asked her to have the manager call me...she never did. I called back about 7 times because the funds were still not put back on my acct. I finally filed a formal complaint with choice hotels. the funds were finally reversed 3 days later. I got no cooperation from this hotel, they called me rude when they were holding up my money that I never even owed them and they ruined the only vacation i've been able to take alone with my boyfriend in 3 and a half years...stay away from this hotel! read more

The Bed very comfortable!
Outdated and a little dirty.
Overpriced and it wasn't what we pictured by the description.

The room was one of the cleanest we've stayed in. Bed and pillows clean, soft and comfortable.
When I entered the lobby there was a definite odor of cigarette smoke.
For a seasoned motel, our room was exceptionally clean and odorless. I liked the French doors that went out to the patio pool area, even though we didn't use the pool. Our room was toward the back and very quiet. Breakfast room was a little dreary, but coffee was great. Attendant at the desk was polite and helpful. All and all, good overnight stay.

The front desk attendant (bobby) was VERY helpful! The bed was extremely comfortable as well!
We had a great time at this hotel and I would definitely recommend to anyone going to the Lancaster PA area! For the price we paid, the hotel surpassed what we expected.

Not much.
Inhospitable front desk staff.
Not much quality at this Quality Inn. Originally checked into a room that was not clean/made-up. Cracker-box bathroom. No cover seat on toilet. I understand the economies of a two-star lodging, but regardless of how economical the furnishings may be, there is really no excuse for unpleasant service. It doesn't cost the operator of the hotel anything for its employees to be pleasant. read more

Extra box of tissues.
Hasn't been updated in 20+ years.
Satellite TV was horrible. Only a few channels. Room was clean, but needs updating. Good place to lay your head for the night and that's all. Nothing special, just ok. I would stay again if I had to.

Nothing!
The overall experience was awful, switched rooms once to a second moldy room.
The entire hotel is in disrepair and the rooms are moldy with holes in the walls, missing baseboards, hair in the shower, etc.
