Clean rooms with good hotel staff.
At the time of my stay highway construction was going on so that was a bother, but overall I would return.

Location.
Rooms said non-smoking but smelled of smoke and phone did not work.

Wasn't there long enough to know.
Night clerk was slow and unhelpful.
I was late checking in and the night clerk had already marked me as a no show. Then he didn't know how to solve the problem. My credit card had already been charged, the clerk did not know how to give me a room at 4 in the morning after he'd already marked me as a no show. I spent 15-20 minutes waiting for him to figure out how to give me a room. I as only there for 6 hours before I had to get on the road again. No elevator that I could find and the clerk was difficult to understand. read more

Really didn't like it at all.
Something structurally wrong with hotel, swimming pool was not open even as it was indoors.

The hotel is run down and has a horrible breakfast. It is in a good location and the pool was nice for the price.

The clean room, fresh towels, location and
easy check in/out.
Loved everything.
I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. From this point on I will be staying there on every trip to Georgia.

Free Breakfast and nice bedding.
Older hotel commons like parking lot /stairways/etc, show wear/age; refurbish rooms nice enough but small.
Decent place to crash right off I-75 to SE of Atlanta. Perfect place to stay if visiting Clayton State University. Free internet connection and free breakfast is nice, but a single waffle machine makes waffles for breakfast for all in hotel hard on a heavily-booked day. Close proximity to I-75 has constant, 24/7 background road roar, but this noise becomes akin to "white noise" after a while. read more

Convenient.
Terrible pillows. Staff running the breakfast needs to be trained on sanitation.
Overall OK.

The staff and the breakfast.
The rooms could use some new decor and it reeked of smoke.
Over the entire hotel was awesome great location. Heated pool, close to malls :) we will stay again next year if the price is right.

The location convenience; easy to find & accessible to numerous sites.
The bath towels were extremely rough texture. There was only sheets & bedspread, no blankets.
Overall, it was ok. I have stayed in worse, but have also stayed in much better ones. I do think they need to improve the bath towels & washcloths. If they would at least use downy, it would help. We did have a problem with the toilet when we first arrived & the staff was on it immediately. Did appreciate that.
