The hotel is totally misrepresented by its site.

Cigarette butts all over the place, ice machines that don't work. leaky a/c unit in room, front door that wouldn't close properly, broken safety lock on door, broken diverter on shower, TV did not work properly, toilet that was clogged before it was even used, this was my experience, it sounds like this is a joke.

They cleaned up the room after hours for me.
The room was not as clean as it was when I stayed before.

This was the second time that I stayed at this particular hotel. My husband was not satisfied with the room. We had the suite last time and this was really a step down. I felt that the room served its purpose but I will not stay again. They need to paint and fix the sidewalks. Also, the beds were not comfortable.

Poor staff, not friendly.

I have stayed at the Quality Inn before and it does the job. It is located in a great area in the brandywine valley which is their biggest asset.
