the room needed was available and the continental breakfast was very good
It would be more helpful if staff members gave better directions for area attractions - specifically getting to Richmond Road
This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel. It is in a great location for Busch Gardens. The area is well policed and I felt safe. It was nice that there is an indoor/outdoor pool and they have rooms that have double King Sized beds. The continetnal breakfast was sufficient and had healthy food choices.

It was very close to Busch Gardens. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
The continental breakfast was sufficient but not as nice as some that I have seen. There was not anyone available to restock while we were eating.

Clean, convenient, nice continental breakfast, great for kids.
Pool area was a little shabby. Bath towels were too small, size of a hand towel.
Overall our stay was very nice. The pool area was a little shabby, ceiling fans missing blades, fake trees falling apart. Needs to be spruced up. Nothing fancy, I had four kids with me, so it worked perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and not outdated.

The location is nice and the breakfast was adequate.
A rowdy group from a Pittsburg H.S. stayed and turned the place into a dorm!
Check this and any hotel that also serves tour groups especially if they're coming from High Schools. We did relocate from the section of the hotel the H.S.'ers were in and we're satisfied with the response of the staff. Overall, the hotel is located in a corporate park, not on a main strip. It is also located next to one of the best restaurants in Willismburg - The Whaling Company. The staff were very helpful through out our stay. The breakfast is cereal, pancakes(heat in the microwave), breads, and some fruit. The room was comfortable and clean. read more

This hotel met our expectations and the location was excellent. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was an added benefit.

I felt very safe. The hotel was close to the attractions but not clustered with a lot of other hotels.
They did not have a bottle opener available at the front desk.
