The hotel was close to the university. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly.
Chlorine smell was overpowering.

Pool was pretty nice.
Hot tub was noisy and needed more water.
It was fine, nothing special, pool was warm and nice, but pretty small, the hot tub was a little outdated, rooms could also use an upgrade but were clean.

Rooms were comfortable and the beds were big.
Hallways and stairways were loud when there was traffic in them.

Dirty walls, beat up fixtures and furniture.
Way overpriced for the condition of the room.

It had an indoor pool for my niece.
The spa was loud and did not work well in pool area.
Quality Inn in Bloomington was a good location for business travelers on the go. I would not recommend the breakfast they serve, but it was nice to stay in for a night.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean! Also, they were very helpful when calling to let me know that my headlights were still on. Very good stay.

Nice rooms for the price.
Access from highway was a little awkward.
Very nice for the price, staff very helpful and nice. I stay in hotels/motels about 3 days a week on average and I have paid a lot more and gotten a worse hotel. I would recommend.

Location was good.
Room was unattractive & looked dirty.
When entering the hotel the lobby appeared to be clean and attractive. My room was outdated and I felt that it was not clean.

Beds were comfortable.
Spider webs in room.
Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Back door was propped open with a rock, not too safe, especially at night. Room had spider webs all over ceilings. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Hot water takes a while to get hot.

Easy access to my car.
The place smelled bad.
It was the standard, by the side of the road, American motel. Slightly shabby, but adequate for one or two nights. I thought I had asked for a non-smoking room, but got a smoker instead. And it really smelled bad. So did the halls.
