Location.
At arrival the door was open, bathroom not cleaned and no hot water in morning.

As stated in q. #14. Upon arrival the door to room 212 was proper open, which gave rise to security issues. I wanted to shower after a long drive to Bloomington, but the bathroom was not clean. I arrived approx. 5 pm. The next morning when I went to take a shower, the water only got Luke warm. Quality inn has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was not satisfied with my accommodations! I would like a total refund. I am not interested in a free night at quality inn. read more
