Hotel was very clean, however very small and on a rail track, trains passed by every other minute or so.
I had no sleep at the hotel due the trains passing, actually.

It was utterly impossible to have a good night sleep with all that noise from the frequent trains.
Thanks to the car explosion a few feet from the entrance, the bullet proof glass that protected the concierge, the constant racket from the elevated subway line, and the decrepit nature of this industrial area. The entire experience went beyond bad and acquired a tint of the surreal. We will certainly remember this short vacation. It was absolutely great to be back home.

It was easy to find and right near a subway station. Free parking too!
It was kind of noisy because it was so close to the subway station.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive, convenient place to stay near the city.

Clean and new. Helpful and friendly staff.
The location was very bad. Not safe to go out after dark. Noplace to eat.
This is a very nice hotel in a very bad neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the location is a definate drawback.

Bad location, bed bugs.
I was bit by bedbugs, having to destroy most of my clothing I brought and being forced now to spend as much as the hotel cost on new clothing.

The subway ran very close and was loud, it was not a nice area and no restaurants in the area to eat, did not feel safe walking around.
The area is very rough, graffiti, homeless, drunks and drug addicts hanging around, the subway is right above ground at the edge of the hotel and very loud. Ear plugs are a must to sleep. No food in the hotel and no eatery nearby to walk. They did have a few menus to call for delivery. The free breakfast was nice but crowded, the rooms were clean and well maintained but the door had a large crack between the door jam and needed at least 1/2 inch to fill it, the doors closed very loudly. The TV was nice and the bed was great. I had the queen non smoking which was exactly what I asked for. The price was certainly good. read more

Comfortable bed and good quality bedding/linens/pillows.
Bad neighborhood and loud because subway tracks 20 feet outside our window.
Although the quality of the room was fine, the location was terrible given the abandoned, boarded up and vandalized buildings beside it and on the other side the metro tracks with trains running literally 20 feet outside our window every 8 minutes all night long. Would never stay here again.

Across the street from railroad and no blinds to shut out sun or noise.
Although this hotel was clean. I did not feel safe in the area. It is too close to the railroad without anything blocking out noise, etc.

Price and location to subway.
Breakfast was
not refilled.
Not bad for the price, close to subway. Continenetal breakfast was not refilled and area was pretty scary. Not bad.
