Quality Inn Buffalo Airport

Not worth the price I paid

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and our room looked like a crime scene. The curtains were covered in a splatter-pattern of brown liquid, the walls were greasy and stained, and there were cigarette ashes in the bathtub, in the sinks and on the furniture. The bedding looked filthy and the bed skirts had giant holes and tears. The air conditioning unit did not work well enough to do anything more than blow cigarette ashes all over the room. The only thing that prevented me from sleeping in my car instead of staying in the room was the fact that there were a lot of families with kids staying at the hotel too- which lead me to believe that although the hotel was horrible looking, it did not appear to be dangerous. read more

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed - bad enough that I intend to write a very strong letter to Quality Inn Corporate.

Good location for airport travel or Buffalo shopping. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free breakfast is adequate.

The room itself was very clean and attractive looking. Parking was a slight problem. Most spots closets to the door were taken. The room key was disabled on the second day, so we had to reload all of the packages we were going to store in the room back into the car then have the card re-activated at the front desk then drive back to our suite. It was slightly annoying as the weather was freezing and after a long day both of us were tired. Overall, the experience was wonderfull exactly as we expected. If not for the parking and room card problems this hotel was perfect. read more
