Did not like where the hotel was in Tyler! Plus in the restaurant was a big bug on the floor!

Nothing.
The room was dirty and the bed was not comfortable. The restaurant did not have coffee in the morning and the food did not appear to be sanitary.

The staff was friendly.
In need of clean up and updating-very moldy smell.
The hotel is very much in need of repair and a thorough cleaning. The carpet is filthy. We changed rooms several times during the stay because of air conditioners that would not work and toilets that overflowed and tubs and sinks that would not drain. The staff tried to help but the hotel just needs updating and a good CLEANING!

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful.
Older hotel, black mold in bath, air conditioner leaked, did not cool very well.
Overall, okay for the price. Older hotel in need of some repairs. Musty smell in rooms. Balcony view was awful, trashy (cans, bottles, rotten fruit, cigarette boxes, plastic bags, etc.) Thank goodness we only used this room for a place to sleep! Beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly.
Odors, air in room did not work, even though appearance was clean it felt dirty.
Overall, not a great place for us to stay, thankfully it was only one night. Appeared to be clean but felt unclean with the musty odors and damp air. The air in the room did not cool at all. Parking was not good either. The breakfast that was rated high on the reviews did not live up to expectations either. Would not stay there again.

Facilities precisely what we had sought. The (hot) breakfast was very useful and enjoyable for our needs--saved looking around and helped nicely for our needs this visit.

Staff was helpful and amiable.
Bathroom fan stayed on continually when the light was turned on.
Without pretensions, the hotel was clean and comfortable. All the amenities needed for a trip away from home were available. The members of the staff was efficient and hospitable. For a moderately priced hotel, I would recommend it without hesitation.

I really liked the location, ease of getting around town, and the professionalism and friendly staff.
On the first night, there was a roach crawling close to the bed.
It was clean and worth the money that I spent.
