Location was awesome for partying on Crescent street.
I would say this is a great hotel for younger folks that are here on leisure. Crescent gets pretty loud and busy from 12am-4am and a lot of the other guests are there to party too. The people in the room next to us were smoking weed most of the time. The guy at the front desk was really helpful and the room really wasn't bad for 1-star. We had 2 double beds and a pull-out couch. However, it was $100 if you used the pull-out couch! We put the mattress on the ground and I don't think they ever knew the difference. Bathroom is really small and the TV didn't work. The heater worked well, we had a balcony which was cool. You're not supposed to be out there past 11pm but we did and no one cared as long as you were quiet and respectful. It was fairly clean. read more

Clean. Great downtown location.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay downtown. I will visit this hotel again in the future.

Great convenient location right next to St Catherine
at Montreal which can't be beaten for the price and location.
Stayed here for one night and had a great experience on the 10th floor with the view of the city and pretty much making me feel in a luxury suite.

right in downtown.. relatively inexpensive
not well cared for.. shady parking arrangement.
This "Quality Inn" is lacking pretty heavily on the quality. The couch was tore up with stuffing coming out. the beds were broken. Commons were dirty. Had to reprogram our keys almost daily. But there was a balcony overlooking the street with a 11 pm curfew. FYI, if you're traveling with more than 2 people they will also enforce an additional $30 a day charge.

Friendly and cooperative staff, early check-in, affordable.
No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Only ice machine in the lobby, beat-up elevators.
It was overall a nice stay. The appearance of the room was old fashioned but moderate. No fridge or microwave in the room, the elevator smelled a little and it was beat-up/old. However it was overall worth the money. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant staff was very friendly as well. Good food and a great location.

Location.
Elevators were slow - some in use by service staff at busy checkout times.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location.
The room was a mess.

Beautiful view.
$20 for parking across the street.
Great central downtown location, front desk was very helpful and knew the area was very well to give suggestions. Our room even came with a small balcony! It had wonderful views of the entire downtown. Everything a tourist wants from downtown Montreal is within walking distance of this hotel. Expect to pay $20 a night for parking across the street in an open lot though.

The location and the size of the rooms for the price, good value.
The organization of the hotel, checking in was slow and the staff made mistakes.
