Clean.
No air conditioning, no working TV remote, hair dryer not working properly.
This hotel is relatively convenient to downtown and it is appeared clean. However, the air conditioning did not work. They acted as though a fan and opening window was sufficient, which wasn't. The hair dryer took two hands to use, so it was useless to style hair. Overall, it did not provide the amenities it listed, which was very disappointing and made us feel we paid too much. read more

Even though this hotel was in the middle of downtown, we found that it was reasonably quiet at night.
Parking spaces are tight and one has to use the elevator.
The hotel is in great condition, and is located within easy walking distance to major downtown attractions. The rooms are quiet at night, clean and reasonably large. The underground parking spots are fairly tight and there are vertical clearance issues for tall vehicles. The free wifi is easy to use, but the connection speeds are low. The refrigerator was big enough for several gallons of your favorite beverages and didn't make much noise when running. read more
