Free breakfast was tasty!
Hotel was being renovated.
This hotel worked well for my business traveling requirements. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean although in need of minor repairs in the bath area. A fair value for the price.

Good price and easy in and out. Restaurants close by.
We were more than satisfied with our stay. We slept good and breakfast was more than acceptable. I read some pretty stiff reviews of motels. It's a one-night stay, y'know, we're not gonna live there. This Quality Inn exceeded our expectations. The price was an added bonus.

Location. Nice bed pillows.
Not particularly clean, looked old and worn.
Rooms have external doors which as a single woman, I do not like. Carpeting did not look like it had been vacuumed. Cables for laptop were missing/stolen. There were dark hairs on the bathtub! Carpeting looks old and worn, color has faded in front of bathroom door. I would not stay there again.

Great selection of hot breakfast buffet.
Beds too hard; bathtub needs updating.
This hotel is conveniently located off a main highway. The staff was pleasant but not what I would call overly friendly. The room was adequate for a single night stay, but the bathtub needed some serious updates, and the beds were very hard. The best part was the free hot breakfast buffet.

Clean room, convenient to interstate. Very friendly staff. Good price.
Too convenient to interstate. Could hear traffic when AC or TV was not on.
We needed a hotel along the interstate, close to Amarillo Airport for a cross-country tour. The hotels near the airport were scary looking. This was about 4 miles west of AMA and right off of I-40. Outside was a bit dated but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Bring a LAN cable for high speed internet. Our room stay met our needs for the night. read more

Location.
Staff relations, as they had just fired everyone.
They were short of staff and very unorganized at the front desk. The training was lacking!

Location.
I could never get the internet working from my room. Every night I had to use the lobby to get access. Very inconvenient.
The evening young desk girl would not answer the phone for being on personal calls. Also, no one could answer how to link to their internet access from the rooms. As far as working in the lobby, very uncomfortable. I do not think I will return.
