Housekeeping and front desk were very friendly and helpful.
Room to small, bed hurt back, and key for room wouldn't always work.
Room felt like not enough room to move around really and bed could have been more comfortable, it hurt my back.

Very friendly staff.
Room and bath was extremely small.
Overall, room was ok. There was only one night stand beside the bed, even though I booked a room for two people, I had no place to set my things. Bathtub was the smallest I have ever seen. Also room was unusally small. Comparing price to size, and other hotels I have stayed in, I would not stay here again.

Lock did not work and person said he would fix it and did not.
Outside entrance was no beneficial for standing in the hallway when the door lock did not work; had to get staff and said he would fix it; left and came back and had to go through the same procedure each time we left and entered the room.

Staff was very friendly.
We selected the hotel because they listed a pool. Pool was outdoors and out of order.
It was okay. Room reeked of smoke and we had to air it out.

Clean, comfortable room, nice continental breakfast.
Outside entrance to rooms.
This was a nice, clean, comfortable room. The staff were very nice and the continental breakfast was nice. The only thing I did not like was that the entrance to the room was outside and the stairs to the upper floor of rooms were hard to get to.

The breakfast was fabulous and had a variety of food!
I thought the hostess could have been dressed up a bit more, wore jeans. She was polite.
Overall my experience was good. I think that first impressions on how people are dressed are very important. Smoking for employees needs to be more discreet.

Staff was cool about me checking out late and breakfast wasn't bad.
Hotel cable.
They had the oatmeal I like for breakfast, and nice staff; they were cool with me checking out an hour late.

The location is very good and close to fast food and shopping.
Beds are way too hard and the staff seemed unhappy.
I checked out early and the receptionist asked me to pay for my room. I already paid I told the lady, and she got really upset because I would not sign anything and give my credit card to her. I don't think I will stay here again. And, the beds are small and too hard.

The breakfast was very good.
The interstate was right out my door. The heating system was temperamental.
The hotel was good for it location to the activities I was in Findlay to participate in. It is somewhat basic but the beds were good and the room was clean. The rooms on the highway side got some highway noise but it was not terrible except when a horn would sound. The included breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.
