Location and ease of getting there.
Continental breakfast lacking in resources.

Noticed a decline in facility from 2 years ago when we stayed there. It was quiet and they were accommodating to my father who required a handicapped room.

Laundry facility, no longer available.

Clean rooms & friendly staff, helped us find good food. The laundry facility is 2 blocks away at a truck stop, had to wait a while to wash my clothes.

Located close to many restaurants and shopping.

did not work in the room.

We chose this hotel so we could get some work done on the computer in between having fun. The wireless did not work in the room our first night. We called to speak to the manager and they were rude and didn't seem to really understand the problem. They said we might have to go into the lobby. They were short and not very helpful or nice about the problem. We had to sit in the food area the next morning to get work done. Not easy with kids running around and a TV right above your head. Very disappointing. read more
