No pets allowed, roaches in the room, no running water in shower.
The a/c there wasn't all that cold and then in the morning at 3:00 I got up to take a shower and there was no running water so I had to take one at home, and there where roaches in the room.

The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. The restroom/ shower was adequate. Great location across from old town Glendale. Very nice.
Parking lot was exposed to the main street. I prefer it being tucked away.
We travel and do Hip Hop shows, and I must say, the room was nice. Like I said, the only thing I didn't like was that the rooms were all inward-facing and the parking lot was to the back of our room facing the street (59th). We travel in a pretty nice car and I like to keep my eyes on it. But a nice stay overall.

Free breakfast.
It was loud. Walls are thin and the train is so close.
For the price it was pretty much what I expected. It was noisy with the train and the pool being right under my room, but with the included breakfast and the free internet access and printing I thought it was good.

Internet access.
Most hotels that have free internet access for customers offer it through WiFi. This hotel offered it through wireless cards you had to ask the staff for. This does not help me because I use an ibook G4 (an Apple) that does not have a slot for a wireless card slot. So I had to wait until the next day to go to a coffee shop and pay for Internet access to pay my cell phone bill. This Internet access experience is the reason I will not book a Quality Inn hotel again unless I am desperate and it is only hotel with vacancy. read more

New beds, nice pool, nice breakfast room.
Room was next to the ice-machine and gate to parking area, train are very noisy.
It would have been alright if we had not been given the room we had. Lots of children around ice-machine and vending machines and a very loud gate that you could hear inside the room every time somebody came or went and since the pool was right next to room, this was often.

Convenient to main roads, inexpensive.
Had problems with the wireless internet service.
Nice place, friendly staff, convenient to Downtown and main roads. Nice pool and continental breakfast.
