Room was clean. Front desk was helpful.
Although the hotel advertised WiFi, it was not available in my room.

Nice place for the money. I would stay there again. It is fairly close to Williamsburg attractions. I was there for a conference @ Kingsmill, so this was an excellent place for much less cost. Good location close to highway.

We liked the upscale look of the hotel and the location.
The toilet in our room was leaking - that's all.

We felt that the location of this hotel met our expectations and we would definitely stay with you again. The price we received on Priceline was the best in the area. Thank you again.

Location to historic Williamsburg was excellent.
Cannot think of anything we disliked.

Hotel was very convenient to Historic Williamsburg, shopping and a great variety of restaurants. Parking close to doors made checking in/out a breeze and exiting parking lot was safe and easy onto the highway. Vending machines were more than adequate and full. Front desk staff was so helpful. Continental breakfast was 5-star.

Good location, very clean.
The fitness room was terrible.

Good value, very clean, spacious rooms, breakfast not great but passable. Exercise room had only one piece of working equipment, and no weights!

Nothing.

Well priced and extremely clean. Staff handled a line of visitors at check-in efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Well located, extremely nice staff, and was not too close to busy areas.
No water available in any machines, ice machine on first floor not working.

Front desk person was very friendly
and helpful. Moved us to a more convenient room due to my husband's handicap. Bathroom was a bit small but served the purpose for a two night stay. Comfortable beds & lots of pillows!
