Furnishings were beautiful....bed very comfortable...parking at door.
No table in room...instead of table and chairs, they had a chair and ottaman.
Staff was very friendly and helpful....room was very clean, very comfortable. Fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and board all included....saved us alot from eating out. Would return definitely.

I didn't expect much from the outside. It looked like a typical motel. However, the room was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable.
If your plans are to just stay in the Pigeon Forge area, It's father from town, but if you plan on exploring the state it's a good location.

I really liked that the hotel was close to lots of tourist attractions.
I didn't like that they did not inform me that they took out pet deposit.
Our stay there was really nice. We left Louisiana for Hurricane Gustav and they were very friendly and understanding of things. I would most definitely stay here again for a family vacation.

Room clean, staff wonderful, breakfast great.
Very pleased with hotel. It was very clean, had refrigerator, microwave, locked safe and coffee. Every convenience you could want. The breakfast was very nice and more then most motels and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, high speed internet, refrigerator, and microwave.
No doors to close off bathroom sink area while others were sleeping.
Friendly check in, spacious room fully supplied, clean and informative staff. Breakfast foods had several varieties to choose from. Quiet and off the beaten path, but yet close to restaurants and attractions. Felt comfortable here.

The location was great.
We checked in late. We had to talk through a glass partition.
The hotel and location was nice. We felt weird or maybe it was an unsafe hotel because we had to talk through a glass partition when we checked in. It was after 10:00 pm. when we checked in so maybe that is their policy but we were wondering how safe we were.

The Breakfast was great - location right off interstate good.
Parking lot was so well light that during the evening it seemed like daylight. Could not sleep with so much light.
Great location for shopping out of the main traffic. Breakfast was wonderful and staff very nice. Pillows and towels were flat and stiff. Overall great stay but the lights in the parking lot were just so bright that we could not get the room dark enough to sleep and I don't even require complete darkness. That was the worst part of the evening.

Convenient to the interstate and inexpensive.
Going through renovation during stay.
I had stayed previously and knew what to expect. We were looking for economy and convenience which this hotel offers. There was confusion which we were able to resolve with the hotel staff.
