Very old and rundown, very noisy.

Easy access to freeway and allowed dogs.
Staff was not qualified for the job and many things were broken.
When we arrived, the lady at the desk was checking two other gentlemen in. It took an unreasonable amount of time. After all was said and done and I was finally checked in, it was 20 minutes later. Additionally, when I asked for a receipt, she printed the amount the hotel was making on the priceline deal and not what I paid, thus I learned what Priceline's profit was. Then, the pool was closed and ice machine by our room was broken. We had to walk all the way down to the other side of the building to get ice. In our hotel room the fan was broken in the bathroom as well. Additionally, the continental breakfast was horrible. The place was messy, spills all over and the staff was very unfriendly. She complained that she had to manage the front desk and the breakfast and it was really frustrating. People were also waiting for food for very long periods of time because the staff was very bad at restocking the items. They even decided not to restock anything even 20minutes before the end of the breakfast time, even though there were a lot of hotel guests arriving looking for breakfast. Additionally, the toaster didn't work well, so after waiting 7minutes for toast, we ended up giving up and eating it untasted anyway. read more

Clean.
Following are old, thin windows, pull drapes, coil wall heater in bathroom, remote didn't work.
Convenient and clean. Will stay there again because it was just right for me.

Big rooms.
Carpet was dirty and turned my feet black.
Bathroom was clean, but the carpet was very dirty. Staff was friendly at the breakfast bar. Waffle maker was fun for the kids.

Friendly staff.
Rooms need an upgrade.
Overall, the hotel's location and staff were great. The lobby was nice, but the room did not reflect the quality and cleanliness it showed. Room needs an upgrade. Sound proofing the doors between rooms should be the priority.

Location convenient.
Depressing dark rooms, dingy, OLD.
The hotel and decor seemed like it was something from the early 70's and has not undergone any change or renovation. Rooms depressingly dark and heavy. Will not ever stay there again. What looked nice in Klamath Falls was the Shilo Inn. I'll pick that next time.
