Hotel is poorly kept, in need of repair and staff is unmotivated.

This hotel is an industrial hotel of poor quality in need of repair. The staff clerk
is unmotivated. This is a 1-star hotel at best!

Nice continental breakfast.
The room, especially the bathroom was very dirty.

My son got stuck in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they said use a nickel and twist it in the slot on the outside of the doorknob (I felt like this happened quite often). When that did not work, the person from the front desk came and could not get it opened either. Another lady was called in, and finally a man (possibly the owner) - and he finally took the knob off the door. My 11 year old son was stuck in the bathroom for quite a while - I was very angry. The bathroom still had a dirty towel in it when we arrived. There was also hair everywhere all over the floor of the bathroom. The baseboards in the room and bathroom were disgusting. This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. read more
