Front desk clerk was very welcoming while also candid and professional.

Conveniently located within 5 minutes drive of downtown Lawrence and mostly clean although my non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Right out doors was a park with a disc golf course - I'd have played if I hadn't been there for such a short time. The front desk staff were extremely courteous, professional and helpful.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.
Bad part of town, questionable people yelling all night, dirty carpets, smoke smell throughout building.

It seems that there was some updates in that the beds were large and comfortable and the bathrooms clean and mostly updated. The carpets were in terrible condition. The worst part was that this hotel is in a questionable part of town. There were drunk guys above us all night, cussing and being very loud! I probably would not stay here again.

The staff was very nice and very professional. It was clean.
There was way too much noise, the walls were paper-thin. The shower didn't work in our room, but they were accommodating about finding us another room.

Convenient and simple.
Not-so-comfortable bed.

This hotel was just what we needed for a quick stay in lawrence. It was in a good location. The staff was extremely friendly.
